Burns Holdings Company traces its roots back to 2014 when Wayne Contracting was launched. Remarkably, the company experienced rapid growth, achieving recognition as one of the fastest-growing entities in the United States, all accomplished without external investment. In 2019, Vizex and Meramec Hardscapes were established concurrently, strategically positioned to seize market opportunities.
Building on this momentum, Meramec expanded its offerings in 2021, venturing into the pool market under the brand Meramec Pools, specializing in pool design and installation. In the same year, City Seafood emerged as a response to a market gap, showcasing Burns Holdings’ ability to identify and capitalize on industry needs.
Looking ahead to 2024, Burns Holdings is set to launch Arch City Group, focusing on franchise restaurant operations, initially targeting the Saint Louis market with ambitions for broader geographical expansion.
